There is a wood fire in the living/dining area.
The quoted rate includes 3 bedrooms and will sleep 7 guests. Bedroom 1 has 1 x king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 x long single beds (or 1 x king), required bedding configuration will need to be advised when booking. Bedroom 3 has a double/single bunk bed. The bedrooms have mobile panel heaters in them and winter doonas for the colder months. The 4th bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa and is detached from the main house, it can be included for an additional cost.
This property is perfect for families and friends with a separate games room with your own table tennis/ping pong table and pool table. Hillhouse provides you with a BBQ and outdoor entertainment area. It has a fully enclosed yard to keep the kids occupied and safe. A high chair and portacot is provided.
